To request a TRU limit:
Select get started.
Enter your job and income details.
Input your address details.
Add a reference number.
Scan the front and back of your national ID.
Take a live photo of yourself from the app.
Choose your preferred activation method (at branch or activation visit).
Agree to the terms & conditions, then confirm.
The TRU limit acceptance decision will appear on your app once you confirm and submit your request. If you receive an initial approval, you will need to sign your contract to activate your limit.
