After receiving initial approval for your TRU limit, you’ll need to activate it by signing the contract and preliminary form, you can choose to activate your TRU limit at your nearest branch or through an activation visit.
Activate at your nearest branch:
After submitting your TRU limit request, select sign contract at branch.
Allow the app to access your location so it can show you the nearest activation branch.
Visit the activation branch and sign your contract and preliminary form.
You will receive a confirmation message once your TRU limit is activated.
Activation Visit:
After submitting your TRU limit, select activation visit.
Then choose the data and time slot that best suits you.
Our agent will contact you within 24 hours to determine your visit date.
On the day of activation, expect a call from our agents to confirm your appointment.
Sign your contract and preliminary form presented to you by our agent.
A confirmation message will be sent to you once your TRU limit is activated.
Good to know:
Our activation branches are open all week long from 10 AM to 10 PM.
If you miss your activation visit appointment, you will need to head to the nearest branch to activate your TRU limit.
