You can reset your passcode at any time using your TRU app. If you’ve forgot it, please follow the “Forgot your passcode?” process.
To reset your passcode:
Click on your profile image on the top right.
Select account settings.
Click change passcode.
Enter your old passcode once and press next.
Enter your new passcode and select save.
If you forgot your passcode:
Ensure you are logged out of your TRU app.
Enter the mobile number linked to your account.
Select “Forgot your passcode?.”
Answer the security question.
Enter the OTP sent to you via SMS for verification.
Create a new passcode.
Good to know:
If your account has been compromised, please report it by contacting our Customer Service number 15979 for instant support.
After resetting your passcode, all signed-in devices will be force logged out for the safety of your account.
