April Investor Survey Competition: Terms and Conditions (AU)

The Promotion is a draw to be facilitated by Sharesies for one (1) of three (3) AU$100 Gift Codes redeemable on the Sharesies platform (the Prize/s).

To enter the Promotion you must be a current investor on the Sharesies platform, complete the April 2026 Investor Survey sent to the email address associated with your Sharesies account and provide your best contact email address should you win a Prize (Eligible Participant).

The Promotion runs from 12 PM AEST on Thursday 30 April 2026 to 11:59 PM AEST on Sunday 10 May 20 2026 (Promotional Period).

The Prizes will be allocated at random from the pool of Eligible Participants. A Prize winner cannot receive more than one (1) Prize. Sharesies will select the successful Eligible Participants and allocate the Prizes on Tuesday 12 May 2026. The draw will take place in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Successful Eligible Participants are responsible for all costs associated with redeeming the Prizes. Sharesies will not be responsible for any costs incurred by a successful Eligible Participant in redeeming or using their allocated Prize.

The Prizes may not be redeemed for cash and Wallet top-up funds must be used for investing prior to being withdrawn from your Sharesies Wallet.

Sharesies, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant from participating in the Promotion for behaving in an antisocial manner.

You agree that the responses you submit in entering the Promotion will be owned by Sharesies (your Responses).

The successful Eligible Participants will be notified via an email from Sharesies Australia to organise receiving the Prize.

Where a successful Eligible Participant is unable to use or acquire their allocated Prize, that Prize will be forfeited.

If Sharesies has not received any communication from a successful Eligible Participant after 48 hours of announcement, Sharesies may, in its discretion deem that person to have forfeited their selection and the Prize,.

Sharesies can choose not to award a Prize if we reasonably suspect the entry to involve fraudulent, misleading or deceptive conduct. If we do not award the Prize on one of these grounds, or if the Prize is forfeited in accordance with clauses 11 or 12 above, we will draw another Eligible Participant in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Sharesies does not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, invalid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, service, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

Sharesies reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time without notice.
