The Promotion is a draw to be facilitated by Sharesies for one (1) of three (3) $100 AUD Sharesies vouchers, each being a gift code redeemable on the Sharesies platform (each a Prize).
To enter the Promotion you must be a current investor on the Sharesies platform, complete the September 2026 Investor Survey sent to your email address associated with your Sharesies account and provide your best contact email address should you win a Prize.
The Prizes will be allocated at random to three (3) winners (the Winner/s). A Winner cannot receive more than one (1) Prize.
Winners are responsible for all costs associated with redeeming the Prizes. Sharesies will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the Winners in redeeming or using their allocated Prize.
Where a Winner is unable to use or acquire their allocated Prize, the winner forfeits the Prize.
The Prizes may not be redeemed for cash and Wallet top-up funds must be used for investing prior to being withdrawn from your Sharesies Wallet.
The Promotion runs from 12 PM (Sydney time) 23 September 2026 - 5 PM (Sydney time) on Monday 5 October 2026 (Promotional Period).
Sharesies will select the Winners and allocate the Prizes on 6 October 2026. The draw will take place in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
Entry in the Promotion is open to Australian residents who currently hold an account on the Sharesies platform (Eligible Participant).
Sharesies, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant from participating in the Promotion for behaving in Sharesies' reasonable opinion, in an antisocial manner.
You agree that the responses you submit in entering the Promotion will be owned by Sharesies (your Responses). You agree that Sharesies may use your Responses to produce and publish aggregated, de-identified insights, for example investing statistics and trends, for media and across Sharesies' owned channels and website. Sharesies will not publish your Responses in a form that identifies you unless you have first given your consent to that specific use. For example, if Sharesies wishes to feature your Response as an individual case study, it will seek your permission before doing so.
The Winner will be notified via an email from Sharesies Australia to organise receiving the Prize.
If Sharesies has not received any communication from a Winner within 48 hours of notification, Sharesies may, in its discretion deem a Winner to have forfeited their selection and the Prizes, and draw another Winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Sharesies can choose not to award a Prize if we reasonably suspect the Winner’s entry to involve fraudulent, misleading or deceptive conduct. If we do not award the Prize on one of these grounds, we will draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Sharesies does not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, invalid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, service, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
Sharesies reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time without notice.
