Once you’ve requested your share transfer, we’ll review the info you’ve provided. If all looks good, your transfer will be processed.
This generally takes:
15-30 business days for ASX-listed share transfers
5-10 business days for US share transfers.
We’ll email you if we need any additional info.
You can check on your transfer’s progress by going to your investment portfolio > Manage > Transfer shares.
NZX-listed share transfer
Once you’ve requested your share transfer, it usually takes two business days to complete.
Transferring in or out from a joint CSN or HN may take longer.
