The Investor Survey Competition (the Promotion) is run by Sharesies Australia Limited (ABN 94 648 811 830; AFSL 529893) (Sharesies) and is governed by these terms and conditions.

  1. The Promotion is a draw to be facilitated by Sharesies for one (1) of three (3) $100 AUD Gift Codes redeemable on the Sharesies platform (the Prize/s).

  2. To enter the Promotion you must be a current investor on the Sharesies platform, complete the Q2 Investor Survey sent to your email address associated with your Sharesies account and provide your best contact email address should you win a Prize.

  3. The Prizes will be allocated at random to three (3) winners (the Winner/s). A Winner cannot receive more than one (1) Prize.

  4. Winners are responsible for all costs associated with redeeming the Prizes. Sharesies will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the Winners in redeeming or using their allocated Prize.

  5. Where a Winner is unable to use or acquire their allocated Prize, the winner forfeits the Prize.

  6. The Prizes may not be redeemed for cash and Wallet top-up funds must be used for investing prior to being withdrawn from your Sharesies Wallet.

  7. The Promotion runs from 1pm AEST, 25 June 2024 - 5pm AEST, 11th July 2024 (Promotional Period).

  8. Sharesies will select the Winners and allocate the Prizes on 12 July 2024 at 12pm. The draw will take place in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

  9. Entry in the Promotion is open to Australian residents who currently hold an account on the Sharesies platform (Eligible Participant).

  10. Sharesies, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant from participating in the Promotion for behaving in an antisocial manner.

  11. You agree that the responses you submit in entering the Promotion will be owned by Sharesies (your Responses). Responses include any imagery and supporting captions shared on social media.

  12. You agree that Sharesies may use your Responses for publicity purposes, including but not limited to publication of your Responses on Sharesies’ owned social media channels and Sharesies’ website. You agree that Sharesies may, in their sole discretion, use your first name or select a fictitious name in using your Responses publicly.

  13. The Winner will be notified via an email from Sharesies Australia to organise receiving the Prize.

  14. If Sharesies has not received any communication from a Winner after 48 hours of announcement, Sharesies may, in its discretion deem a Winner to have forfeited their selection and the Prizes, and draw another Winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  15. Sharesies can choose not to award a Prize if we reasonably suspect the Winner’s entry to involve fraudulent, misleading or deceptive conduct. If we do not award the Prize on one of these grounds, we will draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  16. Sharesies does not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, invalid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, service, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

  17. Sharesies reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time without notice.

  19. By entering the Promotion, you agree to all applicable terms and conditions including these terms and conditions, and theSharesies IDPS Guide.

  20. This Promotion is run in accordance with New South Wales Fair Trading law.
