If your company supports multiple languages, this allows you to view company communications and documents in your selected language.
What your language preference applies to
Your selected language will be used for:
Company communications
Key documents
System-generated statements
These translations are provided by your company administrator.
If a translation is not available in your selected language, the content will default to English.
Note:
Changing your language preference does not change the language of the overall Sharesies Private platform.
Available language options are limited—only supported languages will be available to select.
How to set your language preference
Log in to your Sharesies account.
You’ll land on your dashboard, where you can see a list of your holdings.
In the top right corner, select the initial of your name.
A dropdown menu will appear.
Select My account.
Under Preferred language, choose your desired language.
Troubleshooting
If you’re not seeing content in your selected language, it may not have been translated by your company yet.
In this case, content will appear in English by default.
