As part of your Sharesies Private share register onboarding we will invite your shareholders or members to create a free Sharesies Private login to view their holding.
If one of your shareholders or members doesn't create an Sharesies Private account, you can send them a follow up email to re-invite them.
From your left side menu visit 'Share register' > 'Shareholders' (New Zealand) or 'Register of members' > 'Members' (Australia).
Click on the 'Actions' icon (3 vertical dots) to the right of the shareholder or member you would like to invite. Select 'Invite [name]' from the dropdown menu. The invite option will not be available if the shareholder already has a Sharesies Private account, or if the shareholder does not have an email address entered.
You can add a personalised message to your invitation. Click the 'Resend' button.
