To download your transaction history for any shareholdings on Sharesies Private, please log in to your account.

From the overview page, you’ll see your investment entities. Select the investment entity you’d like to view.

Next, choose the company your investment entity holds shares in to access the Dashboard.

View your share transaction history

From the left-hand menu, click Shareholdings.

Explore your transactions

Once you're in the Shareholdings section, you can view your transaction history:

  • By date, or

  • By parcel (if the parcel module is enabled for your company)

Your transaction history includes:

  • Transaction date

  • Company name

  • Parties involved (for transfers)

  • Transaction type (issue, transfer, or cancel)

  • Share class

  • Share price (if provided)

  • Number of shares

  • Funding round (if applicable)

If documents are attached to a transaction, you can access them by clicking the “i” (info) icon next to the transaction.

View parcel history (if enabled)

Filter the View Transaction to Share Parcel

If your company has the parcel module activated, parcel history can be viewed by clicking on the dropdown to the right of each parcel.

The history within each parcel includes the date, number of shares, and cost basis for each transaction (such as issues, transfers, and sales).

Within this parcel view, you can also find and download share certificates. Click on an individual transaction to open the transaction details (click the “i” (info) icon). This is where you’ll see the certificate ID, status, and an option to download the share certificate (if available).
