How to change or cancel a plan
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.
To change or cancel a plan, go to Settings > Pricing plans in the Sharesies app.
You’ll see the details of your current plan, and the option to either Change plan or Cancel plan.
If you’re downgrading your plan (e.g. $15 plan to $7 plan), your higher plan (e.g. $15 plan) will remain active for the rest of the month, and then change to the lower plan (e.g. $7 plan).
If you’re upgrading your plan (e.g. $7 plan to $15 plan), you’ll be charged the difference in plan fees (e.g. $8 if you're paying monthly) and your new plan will be active straight away.
If you cancel your plan, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current payment period.
If you’re changing from paying monthly to annually, or annually to monthly, your new fee will be charged at the end of your current payment period.
