You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a plan at any time—cancellation is effective from the end of your current payment period.

How to change or cancel a plan

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.

To change or cancel a plan, go to Settings > Pricing plans in the Sharesies app.

You’ll see the details of your current plan, and the option to either Change plan or Cancel plan.

  • If you’re downgrading your plan (e.g. $15 plan to $7 plan), your higher plan (e.g. $15 plan) will remain active for the rest of the month, and then change to the lower plan (e.g. $7 plan).

  • If you’re upgrading your plan (e.g. $7 plan to $15 plan), you’ll be charged the difference in plan fees (e.g. $8 if you're paying monthly) and your new plan will be active straight away.

  • If you cancel your plan, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current payment period.

  • If you’re changing from paying monthly to annually, or annually to monthly, your new fee will be charged at the end of your current payment period.
