The Offer: The offer is for a one-off bonus $20 top-up into your Sharesies Wallet when you top up your new Wallet with $200 or more in a single transaction (the Offer). The Offer can only be claimed once.
Eligibility:
The Offer is only available to New Zealand and Australian residents who do not already have a Sharesies Account and who open a Sharesies account within the offer period.
To claim the Offer, you must you need to enter the code “TEEOFF” in the promo code field when opening a new Sharesies Account, complete sign up up by 11:59 PM Sunday 22 February 2026, and deposit a minimum of $200 (after any applicable bank or card processing fees) in a single transaction into your Sharesies Wallet within the Offer Period.
All dollar values are in the local currency of your Sharesies account (NZD for New Zealand customers; AUD for Australian customers).
Offer Period: The Offer is available for a limited time only, from 9:00 AM on 11 February 2026 to 11:59 PM on 22 February 2026 (local time).
Usage: The bonus $20 provided by the Offer must be used to purchase investments through Sharesies.
The Offeror Sharesies may suspend, change, or cancel the Offer or these Terms at any time without notice in its sole discretion. These Terms apply in addition to the following, depending on your location:
New Zealand: The offeror is Sharesies Limited. These terms apply in addition to Sharesies General Terms and Conditions, Invest Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
Australia: The offeror is Sharesies Australia Limited (ABN 94 648 811 830; AFSL 529893). These terms apply in conjunction with the Sharesies Australia disclosure documents including our Target Market Determination and Investor Directed Portfolio Service Guide available at www.sharesies.com.au/disclosures.
