“Waiver of share transfer fee” Terms and Conditions

The offer is for a waiver of the share transfer fee on account-to-account transfers from a NZ Sharesies account to an AU Sharesies account (Offer).

The offeror is Sharesies Limited (Sharesies).

The Offer is only available to existing NZ customers of Sharesies who request an account-to-account transfer to an adult AU Sharesies account within the offer period, and cannot be transferred or exchanged. To claim the Offer, you must email help@sharesies.co.nz to begin the process of transferring shares from a New Zealand resident Sharesies account to an Australian resident Sharesies account.

The Offer is available for a limited time only, from Tuesday 15 July to 5 PM AEST on 15 August 2025.

These Offer terms apply in addition to (and should be read together with) Sharesies General Terms and Conditions, Invest Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

Sharesies may suspend, change, or cancel the Offer or these Terms at any time without notice, in its sole discretion.
