To set up an organisation account, it helps to have the following ready.
For the organisation
For a trust: your trust deed [as a PDF] and any amendment documentation. We can read key details from it automatically.
For a company: your company name or NZBN. We may ask for your company constitution.
Details about how the organisation will use Sharesies, and its source of funds and wealth.
The countries the organisation pays tax in.
For the key individuals
For each of the key individuals involved in your organisation, we’ll need to verify their identities.
A valid NZ driver licence or NZ passport for each person verifying their identity. Other certified ID may be accepted.
