You may be able to find your password details under your device’s password settings. Where you’ll find these details will differ, depending on which browser you use.
Find a saved password
Google Chrome on a computer
Open Chrome on your computer.
Select the triple dot menu in the right hand corner of the page. Select Settings > Auto-fill.
Select Passwords > Check passwords.
Google Chrome on an Android device
Open the Chrome app on your Android device.
Select the triple dot menu in the right hand corner of the screen. Select Settings > Passwords.
Select a website to see the saved password.
iOS device
Go to Settings on your device.
Select Passwords (or Passwords & Accounts for iOS 13 or older devices) > Website & App Passwords.
Use Face ID or Touch ID when prompted, or enter your passcode.
Select a website to see a saved password.
Microsoft Edge
Open Microsoft Edge on your device.
Select the triple dot menu in the right hand corner of the page. Select Settings > View advanced settings.
Select Manage passwords.
Firefox
Select the triple dot menu in the right hand corner of the page.
Select Settings > Logins and Passwords.
Select Saved logins. You may need to enter your device password to view the saved password.
Select a login to see the saved password.
Reset the autofill function
Log in to Sharesies and enter your password details.
Choose to save your password details to autofill—you’ll be asked this in a pop-up box that appears on your screen.
Can’t find your login details?
If you can’t remember or find your login details during login or when buying, selling, or withdrawing investments, send yourself a password reset request.
