If you can’t remember your password during login, or when buying, selling, or withdrawing investments, send yourself a password reset request by selecting the ‘Forgot your password?’ link.
You'll be sent an SMS with a six digit code. Enter this code into the '6 digit reset code' field you should see on your screen. Then, change your password and log back into Sharesies.
For security reasons, the password reset email will expire after a while. If you reset your password and receive an ‘invalid token’ message, send yourself a new reset link.
