If anything happens that might lead to you to make a claim, you’ll need to tell us as soon as possible. You’ll also need to tell the Police in the case of burglary, theft, vandalism, malicious damage, or you suspect the loss has been caused by any other criminal act.
When you make a claim, you’ll need to provide:
full details of what happened and who was involved
all the information Cove needs to assess your claim.
The information you provide Cove must be true, correct, with nothing missing or withheld.
How to make a claim in Sharesies
Go to your Portfolio overview, and select ‘Insurance’.
On your Insurance summary page, select ‘View, edit, or claim’ for the car you want to make a claim for.
Select ‘Lodge claim’ beneath the summary of your policy.
Alternatively, you can make a claim by calling Cove on 0800 268 347, and selecting option 1.
