Your organisation information and brand settings can be found in sheepSettings. From the settings dashboard, click on the general tab in the top navigation and then clicking on the organisation info & brand option in the left-hand navigation. You'll then see settings split into two columns: Organisation Info and Brand.

Please remember to click on the save button in the bottom footer if you have made any changes otherwise they will be lost when you leave the page.

This core organisational information will be used in various places throughout sheepCRM and sheepApp and help identify your flock to your members. It is crucial that the data in this section is kept up-to-date at all times.

Please note that the information entered here will be public facing, so any emails, numbers or addresses should not be private or personal.

Enter the full name of your organisation or brand. This will be used to name your organisation throughout sheepCRM.

If your organisation has quite a long name and is often referred by a shorter name or an acronym, you can add this variant in the Organisation short name field. This will be used in the sheepApp and anywhere else in sheepCRM where space may be a premium. If no value is added, the full name will be used.

Enter the full address - minus the postal code - of your organisation. This will be on display for members to see and potentially send mail to, so should be your main office address or a PO Box.

If applicable, enter the charity and company numbers for your organisation. These will be present in the sheepApp footer and in any relevant documents or downloads.

Enter an email address for general enquiries. As this will appear in emails and footers this should be a 'default' address for your organisation. Any more specific addresses for specific departments or areas can be set in their respective sections in sheepSettings.

Enter an email address for invoice related enquiries. This will only appear on invoices generated in sheepCRM and sheepApp. If no value is added, the standard contact email will be used.

Enter a phone number for general enquiries. As this will appear in emails and footers this should be a 'default' number for your organisation. Any more specific numbers for specific departments or areas can be set in their respective sections in sheepSettings.

Enter the matching postal code for your address entered earlier. We use this to generate map links and where the full address is not needed.

Enter the full URL - including https:// - to your organisation's website.

If applicable, enter the full URLs - including https:// - to your organisation's social media pages.

The settings defined in this panel will be used to display your organisation in the sheepApp as well as any emails or generated documents, such as invoices.

Upload a high resolution version of your organisation's logo. This should ideally be a .PNG with a transparent background. You can click on the upload button to bring up your file explorer, selecting the file to upload; or you can simply click on the file on your device and drag it into the grey box to automatically upload.

If there is an existing image already, you can remove this by hovering over the image thumbnail and clicking on the grey X button that appear in the top right.

There are also 2 variants that you can add to provide a better experience for your members in the sheepApp:

Monochrome

The sheepApp footer will use your organisation's brand colour, so this variant of the logo should be clearly visible with the brand colour behind it. When the image is uploaded, you'll be given a simple preview of it on your current brand colour to help determine whether it is usable. If no image is provided, your main logo will be used.

Square

If your organisation has a 'square' version of your logo - for example, one without text or headings next to it - you can upload the variant here. This will be used in the sheepApp, email headers and anywhere else in sheepCRM where space may be a premium. If no value is added, the full name will be used. If no image is provided, your main logo will be used.

Set your 'main' organisation colour which will be used to generate your sheepApp theme. sheepApp will use a mix of shades of this colour to provide a consistent theme throughout the different sections of sheepApp.

Click on the colour field to bring up a window letting you enter a colour in manually or generate one using colour sliders. Once selected, the colour will be stored as a HEX value. Please note that the colour you provide may be adjusted before building the theme to ensure a sufficient level of contrast.

Set your organisation's brand colour in the same manner as above. This will be primarily used in sheepApp as your footer colour, so should work well contrasted with your app colour and work with your monochrome logo, if used. Please note that unlike the app colour, the exact value provided will be used.

Depending on your user account permissions and your flock configuration, you may have access to extra branding fields, which can be viewed by clicking on the show extra fields option in the footer bar.

Clicking this will show the following additional fields, used for special settings or conditions. If you are unsure about changing these fields, please get in touch with our team and we'll be happy to assist.

If you prefer having a full-width image - or banner - in place of your organisation logo in the sheepApp header, upload an image here. This will replace any logo or text in the sheepApp header, but your logo will still be used for generated documents and email headers.

Generally used if your logo contains your organisation name as a part of it and therefore doesn't need the organisation name displayed again underneath. If set to 'yes', your organisation name will not appear underneath your logo in the sheepApp header.

If you wish to hide your organisation logo in the sheepApp header completely, replacing it with the organisation name or banner, you can set this field to 'yes' and sheepApp will not show the logo. Like the organisation banner, your logo will still be used for generated documents and email headers.

If you brand expects or requires a specific font style for headers or headings in your branded website or app, select an option to have sheepApp do the same. You can choose from the following options:
