Settings: sheepApp membership options

Follow this guide to help configure your sheepApp membership options, such as allowing multiple memberships and plan changes during renewal.

Your current membership settings can be found in the sheep settings section. Go to settings.sheepcrm.com and log in to your CRM user account if not already. From the settings section, click on the self-service app tab in the navigation and click on membership app settings option.

General membership options

These options allow you to set the basic options for membership inside the self-service sheepApp, allowing you to configure whether different aspects of membership can be seen, updated or changes by your members.

Enable membership in sheepApp

Set whether membership can be accessed via the sheepApp - set to yes, this allows users to view and manage memberships through the self-service sheepApp.

Allow membership sign up

Set whether memberships can be purchased through sheepApp - set to yes, this allows users to buy and renew memberships through the self-service sheepApp.

Allow multiple memberships

Set whether your members can purchase and have multiple memberships running at the same time - set to yes, this allows users to buy a new membership instead of just renewing their existing plan.

Allow plan change on renewal

Set whether members can change their membership plan during the renewal process from sheepApp - set to yes, this allows users to choose a different membership before renewing.

Manage linked members

Manage linked members is a setting primarily for sports users or parent/child members - it currently has no effect on organisation member editing abilities outside of health fields.

Show documents (active)

Set whether members can view their active documents, invoices, memberships card, certificates in their sheepApp dashboard - set to yes, members will be given the option to download documents tied to their current, active memberships.

Show documents (paid)

Set whether members can view documents for membership, memberships card and certificates, that have been paid in full in their sheepApp dashboard - set to yes, members will be given the option to download documents tied to their paid, past memberships.

Allow membership cards

Set whether members can download digital membership cards tied to their membership - set to yes, members will be given the option to download cards showing their membership details.

Allow membership certificates

Set whether members can download digital certificates tied to their membership - set to yes, members will be given the option to download certificates showing their membership details.

App content & description

Throughout the self-service app, content such as headings and descriptions can be changed to better inform your members and suit your organisation.

Signup heading

Enter a title for the general welcome/sign-up page of your sheepApp.

Signup intro

Enter a summary or introduction to new / potential members for the general welcome/sign-up page of your sheepApp.

Thank you text - First time user

Enter a bespoke thank you message that will only be seen by new members after finishing the membership sign-up process.

Thank you text - Renewals

Enter a bespoke thank you message that will only be seen by existing members after finishing the membership renewal process.
