Contains reports relative to Forms that have been created including contact data for those who have completed them and status of completion

Please Note: On viewing a Report, please bear in mind that the information displayed is based on the data records determined by the time period you have selected.

How do I navigate to sheepCRM Forms Reports?

Go to core.sheepcrm.com and log in to your CRM User account, if not already.

Select Reports tab from the top navigation bar

Select Forms tab from the options below the navigation bar

What is a Forms List Report?

This report provides a list, based on the time period you select, of all form responses (of any status) from people (contact records). Data includes, but is not limited to, the status of each form from started through to accepted/withdrawn totals.

To view in more detail, select the name of the Form and this will provide you with individual contacts information including but not limited to, submission date, status, answered questions, feedback, comments and score.

The export from this page creates you a single spreadsheet of all form responses showing you all answers to questions in each column.

You can click on any contact from the report to open their contact record to view more detail.

There is an option, to the right of each Form name to view an Analysis. This provides very basic analysis of responses, the value of this analysis can be limited based on the questions and answer options in a sheepForm.
