How do I navigate to sheepCRM Spaces Reports?
Go to core.sheepcrm.com and log in to your CRM User account, if not already.
Select Reports tab from the top navigation bar
Select Spaces tab from the options below the navigation bar
What do you define as a Space?
A space is a Venue, Activity or Company booking. It is possible to record this data together with relative financial information for use of analysis.
What is a Venue Usage Report?
This report provides a summary of your recorded spaces and utilisation of these based on the time period you select.
Data includes, but not limited to, number of bookings, hours and % breakdown.
*Data can be exported as an XLS file
What is an Activities Report?
This report provides a summary of the number of bookings per activity based on the time period you select.

What is an Activities by School Year Report?
This report provides a summary of the number of pupils per activity based on the time period you select.

What is an Asset Usage / Hiring Report?
This report provides a summary of your hired venues & assets and the utilisation of these based on the time period you select.
Data includes, but not limited to, number of bookings, hours and % breakdown.

What is a Booking Finance Report?
This report provides a summary of the financial status for your bookings based on the time period you select.
Data includes, but not limited to, booking name, date of booking and full invoice totals with status of payment.

What is a Booking Invoice Actions Report?
This report provides a summary of the bookings that have been flagged by the sheepCRM as may requiring attention based on the time period you select.
Data includes, but not limited to, booking name, severity, flag, date and invoice amount.
