Go to core.sheepcrm.com and log in to your CRM User account, if not already.
Search and select for the Contact record using the search bar in the top navigation bar
Select View Contact from the pop up contact record
Select Profile from the left hand tabs
Scroll down to Interests, Tags and Badges
Select Actions and choose required action to be taken:
Tags and Areas of Interest can be added to a contact in a similar fashion.
However, while the options for Areas of Interest are controlled from sheepSettings, Tags support dynamic creation and removal.
Creating a tag
To create a new tag, simply start typing, and then select "Create "your new tag" from the dropdown list.
The list of available tags will be updated periodically to reflect your addition
Removing a tag
As the list of available tags is based on all contact records, if you wish to remove a tag from the list, simply remove it from all contacts. This can be easily achieved via a bulk replace from the Contacts Directory:
Open the Filter Sidepanel
Add "Tags" to your list of columns/filters
Filter by the tag you wish to remove
Click Apply
Click Actions > Replace a field
Follow the steps to remove a tag from all records matching the filter
Once you commit your changes, sheepCRM will remove the tag from all matching records.
