How do I know if a Buyer Adds Additional Tickets to an Order?

On the Event> select Orders tab> select Contact Name> on Summary tab> expand Ticket Info - There is an audit log recording the time and date it was purchased.

How do I change the Ticket Stock for an existing Event and how will that reflect on the sheepApp?

On the top Navigation bar select Events> select the Event> side-panel popup: Manage> takes you to Event> Configure Event> Ticket Options> expand the ticket and select Actions>Change Ticket Stock

If you increase the number of tickets on the Event, this will increase the number of tickets available for purchase on sheepApp.

If you decrease the number of tickets on an Event, this will again decrease the number of tickets available to purchase.

Once the maximum number of tickets have been purchased, sheepApp will display a 'Sold Out' advisory note.

If at any time you wish to pause/stop further tickets being purchased, decrease the number of tickets to the same number as what has already been sold. In the example below - this would be 7.

How do I set tickets to internal only/not internal on an Event?

On the top Navigation bar select Events> select the Event> side-panel popup: Manage> takes you to Event> Configure Event> Ticket Options> expand the ticket and select Actions> Edit Ticket> toggle Internal Ticket to Yes/No as desired.

Setting tickets to Internal Only will remove the ticket from the event in sheepApp.

What happens when all the Tickets for an Event have been sold but I want to add more manually?

Manual bookings can still be added as long as the ticket stock is amended accordingly before entering the booking otherwise you will see the following error message.

How do I stop any further bookings from being placed on an Event, with immediate effect?

Head to the Events section via the Event tab on the top navigation bar and select the name of the Event from the list>a new window will appear from the right> select Manage to open this event.

In the top right, hit Configure Event> the new window that displays then contains all sections available for editing.

To remove the sale of tickets hit Actions>Change sheepApp Settings

Toggle 'Allow ticket purchases /(via Invoice) through sheepApp to YES/NO as required>Save.

Please Note: Adjusting the sheepApp settings to ensure no more tickets are sold will retain stock for internally added tickets.
