Your lesson with the chosen tutor can be edited at any time on the Bookings page.

Change the date or time of your booking with the green 'Edit' button.

This screen allows you to edit or cancel any lessons within that booking.

Requesting a Time Change

The new date or time will have to be approved by your tutor so be careful not to schedule it in the next 10 minutes. You can always edit the request or cancel it before the tutor accepts it by clicking the badge shown below.

To avoid any confusion always let your tutor know that you would like to re-schedule, do this through your usual messages page so they can deal with it as soon as possible.

Cancelling One Or More Lessons

Cancelling the lesson is done with the 'X icon next to each session.

If you want to cancel all sessions in a booking or stop a recurring booking, click 'Cancel All Sessions'.

This will cancel any sessions within that booking that have not yet started. If they have been charged already, a refund is triggered automatically in line with our cancellation policy. Be careful as this may incur a late cancellation fee.

If you are going to cancel a lesson, especially at late notice, please let your tutor know. You will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the lesson fee if you cancel within 12 hours of the lesson to compensate the tutor for reserving the time and doing any preparatory work.

If this was done due to an emergency, contact your tutor so they might consider authorising a full refund. Check out our refund policy too.

Payment is taken for each lesson a maximum of 24hrs before it is due to take place. Cancelling the booking after this time means the payment has already been made, therefore you will receive the money back as a refund which can take 5-10 business days.
