To see how much credit you have, click on your profile picture in the top right:
Credit will automatically be applied to regular bookings that you complete on Sherpa.
When we take payment for a booking, we'll send you a summary of how much was charged to your payment card and how much credit was used.
Credit Vouchers do not stack
Each block of credit earned is like a voucher that can only be used all at once. For example, a £25 credit voucher used on a £20 booking will still use the full amount of credit.
That's why the £50 credit you receive for referring a friend comes in two £25 credit vouchers so it can be used towards two lessons and not used all at once.
