To see how much credit you have, click on your profile picture in the top right:

Credit will automatically be applied to regular bookings that you complete on Sherpa.

When we take payment for a booking, we'll send you a summary of how much was charged to your payment card and how much credit was used.

Each block of credit earned (i.e. a £20 credit from referring a friend) can only be used on one booking. For example, a £25 credit used on a £20 booking will use the full amount of credit.
