If you need to refund a student, you can do so from the Completed Bookings page.

Next to the relevant lesson, you will see a 'Refund' button.

Once clicked a window will pop up to allow you to choose the amount you choose to refund based on the circumstances. This will show the full amount by default or can be changed to a partial refund to the nearest pound.
Click 'Refund' to send the refund to the student. We will notify them via email.
A refund processed after a lesson has completed can take up to 5-10 business days to appear in a customer's account.
If there is confusion, we strongly recommend you advise your student to visit their Invoices Page (https://sherpa-online.com/invoices) to view a record of their payments.
