At key points, like results day or after a mock exam, your students may get in touch to let you know how their grades have improved with your help.
You can now track your students' grade improvements on Sherpa.
Grade improvements are featured on your profile page for potential new students. This is a fantastic selling point to help potential students and their parents understand the impact you can have on the student's educational outcomes.
Please note: In order to record grade improvements for a student, they will need to have left you a review first. Students can also self-report grade improvements when leaving their review.
You can send your students a link to leave a review from your chat with them on Messages - just use the '+' icon and select 'Request a Review':
How to Add Grades for a Student
Go to your Reviews page and find the student you would like to record grade improvements for. Click 'Report a Grade Improvement'.
Fill in the field with the grade the student came to you with.
If you're not sure on the grade, you can ask your student, or give your best approximation.
Next, fill in the most recent grade they notified you about.
Click Report Grade Improvement to save this to their review.
The student/parent can remove reported improvements if they are inaccurate. Please ensure you only record grade improvements reported by your student or their parent/guardian as they will be cross-referenced.
