The Shield Dashboard makes it easy to identify your top-performing LinkedIn posts. You can choose any time frame of your choice, for example, the best post this week, this month, this year, last year etc.

In this article, we will go step-by-step on how to find your top-performing posts in any selected time frame on the SHIELD Dashboard.

  1. Log in to SHIELD (or sign up) and go to the Report Section

  2. Scroll to Top Posts Section

  3. Go to the Content section and find your top posts

Step 1: Log-in and go to the Report Section

Enter your workspace

Once you are inside, you will find yourself in the “Content Report” section. Here you can select a pre-defined time frame like 1 week, 4 weeks, MTD (Month to Date), YTD (Year to Date), Weekly or Monthly.

You could also select a custom date range by entering a start date and an end date.

Step 2: Scroll to the “Top Posts” Section

Once you have selected your desired time-frame, scroll down and find the “Top Posts” Section. This card shows you the top 5 posts based on views for the selected time.

Step 3: Go to the Content section and find your top posts

On the right navigation panel, click on the second icon for “Content”.

‍Now, Scroll down to “Content Table” at the end of this page. Go to the Views column and click to sort by ascending/descending order to find your top post.

💡 Remember you can sort by Views, Reactions, Comments or Shares as well.

Bonus Tip: Look back at your best performing posts, they are a treasure trove of content to repurpose into new posts.

Thanks,

The SHIELD team
