Updating Your Account Details

Easily Manage Your Profile and Preferences

To make updates to your account details, head over to the 'My Account' section within the Cashier. For your convenience, you can quickly access it with the button below:

In this section, you’ll be able to view your account information, but please note that not all details are editable directly for security reasons. You can update certain items like your profile picture, preferred language, and password directly within your account settings.

For changes that require further verification—such as updates to your identity or address—you’ll need to reach out to our Support Team by emailing support@shinywilds.com. To ensure a smooth and accurate process, please include the following information in your request:

  • Full Name

  • Username

  • Date of Birth

  • Current Information (to be changed)

  • New Information (to be updated)

If the requested change relates to your identity or address, additional documents such as proof of identity or proof of address will be required.
