Once processed, please note that each payment method or bank has its own processing time before the funds are credited to your personal account:
Bank Transfers: If it has been less than 10 days since the withdrawal was processed, we kindly invite you to wait until the 11th day. If the funds are still not received, please return on the 11th day with a PDF of your bank statement, showing all transactions from the date of approval until the current day.
E-wallets: If it has been less than 72 hours since the withdrawal was processed, we kindly invite you to wait the full 72 hours. If the funds are still not received after that, please come back with screenshots of your e-wallet account, showing all transactions from the approval date to the current day.
Crypto-wallets: If it has been less than 24 hours since the withdrawal was processed, please wait until the full 24 hours have passed. If the funds are still not received, please provide screenshots of your crypto wallet, showing transactions from the approval date to the current day.
Instant Methods: If it has been less than 24 hours since the withdrawal was processed, we invite you to wait until the 24 hours have passed. If the funds are still not received, please return with both:
A screenshot of your account, and
A PDF of your bank statement, showing transactions from the approval date to the current day.
