How to Update Arrival and Departure Times on a Shipment Stop

When a shipment is in progress, you can manually record the actual arrival and departure times at each stop using the Check In and Check Out form on the shipment detail page.

How to open the form

  1. Open the shipment from your Dashboard or Shipment History.

  2. Scroll to the Stops section.

  3. Click the Arrived button on the stop you want to update. This button appears on the active stop based on the shipment's current status (e.g., the delivery stop for an "At Delivery" shipment).

Entering times

The form has two required fields:

  • Check In Time — the actual arrival time at the stop

  • Check Out Time — the actual departure time from the stop

⚠️ Both fields are required. The Save button will not be active until both a Check In Time and a Check Out Time have been entered. The Check Out time must be the same as or later than the Check In time. Both times default to the same value when the form opens — you can adjust the Check Out time independently.

Enter both times, then click Save.

After saving

The stop status automatically updates based on what was entered:

  • Check In and Check Out entered → stop status becomes Departed

Times can be adjusted after saving by reopening the form on the shipment detail page.

Timezone

Times are displayed and saved in the timezone of the stop's location address.
