Shipwell allows you to create named dashboard views on the Shipments dashboard ,these function as saved filter sets you can return to at any time. Here is how to set one up:
Creating a Saved Dashboard View
Navigate to the Shipments dashboard.
Apply any filters you want to save (e.g. status, mode, date range, carrier, customer).
Click the Columns icon (top-right of the shipments table) to configure which columns appear in this view. You can reorder columns using drag and drop.
Click Save and enter a name for your new dashboard view (e.g. "Open FTL Loads", "This Week Deliveries").
Your named dashboard view is now saved and accessible from the dashboard view selector.
Switching Between Views
Once saved, views appear in a dropdown or tab selector at the top of the Shipments dashboard. Click the view name to switch to it instantly — filters and column configuration are restored automatically.
Notes
Saved dashboard views are per-user — they are not shared across your team.
The Analytics section also supports saved report configurations if you need more advanced filtering and export capabilities. Check the Analytics Tab Dashboards article for details.
If you need organization-wide shared views, contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss Analytics-level shared dashboards.
