Marking a shipment as Delivered in Shipwell is done at the stop level — you record the actual arrival and departure times on the delivery stop, which moves the shipment to Delivered status.
Steps to Mark a Shipment as Delivered
Open the shipment from your Shipments Dashboard.
Scroll to the Stops section.
On the delivery stop, click the Arrived button.
Enter the Check In Time (arrival time) and Check Out Time (departure time). Both fields are required.
Click Save.
After saving, the stop status will update and the shipment will move to Delivered status.
Important Notes
The Arrived button appears on the active stop based on the shipment current status (e.g., the delivery stop when the shipment is At Delivery).
Both Check In Time and Check Out Time are required — the Save button is not active until both are entered.
Check Out Time must be the same as or later than Check In Time.
Can I Mark Multiple Shipments Delivered in Bulk?
No — bulk marking shipments as Delivered is not supported. The available bulk actions on the Shipments Dashboard are:
Archive Shipments
Download Shipments (CSV export)
Create Round Trip Shipments
