Shippers with a remote and distributed workforce can use the Shipwell mobile app to manage their supply chain when out of the office or away from their desks.

Shipping managers, warehouse technicians, sales and account executives can log in to their TMS platform and quickly respond to customer inquiries, track sensitive shipments, and address problems in real-time.

The Shipwell mobile app will help companies successfully overcome the challenges of a workforce on the go by digitally connecting their workforce to see benefits such as:

You can download the Shipwell Mobile app for free from either the Google Play Store (if you have an Android phone) or the Apple Store (if you have an iPhone). Search for Shipwell.

Upon installation, shippers can log in using their web platform username and password.

Required permissions

To use the mobile shipping, a Shipwell user needs the create shipments and view billing user permissions as well as be linked to a company that has both alerts dashboard and stop status feature flags enabled.

Mobile app vs the web app


Shippers have access to their compass dashboard and shipment list. They will view all the details of a shipment, post a shipment message, upload/view documents and call or email the contact assigned to each stop.

Compass: View all available shipment alerts for their company or drill into an alert by selecting an alert tile.

Quick Actions: Quickly and efficiently send a message to your carrier, upload a document or make a note on the shipment using our quick action menu.

Shipments: View a list of all shipments regardless if a compass alert has been triggered or not.

Shipment Timeline: By selecting a shipment card from the list of alerts or directly from their shipment list a user can view the shipments timeline and map.

Shipment Details: A user can access the details of a shipment by selecting the shipment card from the compass dashboard or shipment list. A user can access a list of reference numbers, pick up and delivery stop details, any carrier related information, shipment financials and any notes.

Shipment documents: A user can upload and/or view shipment documents such as the BOL and POD.

Messaging: The messaging section of the mobile app will allow users to message anyone linked to the shipment directly, such as dispatchers and drivers.
