Initial Setup: User Timezone

How to update your Shipwell user timezone and view all supported time zones

You can change your Timezone to match your location.

  1. In app.shipwell.com (or your custom URL), select the circle containing either your profile picture or the first initial of your first name at the top-right of the screen.

2. From the dropdown, select Profile and Preferences. Your profile settings appear.

3. Select the Preferred Timezone dropdown menu. Choose your desired time zone.

  • If a user selects a new time zone, click Save once selected.

  • The time zone now applies to all:

    • Email notifications

    • User-specific actions (i.e., time a message was sent, time a note was made, etc.), as well as calendar appointments, shipment tracking events, and report timestamps.

Shipwell supports the following time zones:

  • Canada/Atlantic

  • Canada/Central

  • Canada/Eastern

  • Canada/Mountain

  • Canada/Newfoundland

  • Canada/Pacific

  • Canada/Saskatchewan

  • Canada/Yukon

  • Chile/Continental

  • Chile/EasterIsland

  • Mexico/BajaNorte

  • Mexico/BajaSur

  • Mexico/General

  • US/Alaska

  • US/Aleutian

  • US/Arizona

  • US/Central

  • US/East-Indiana

  • US/Eastern
