If you're a carrier interested in taking a shipment, you can place a bid inside the Shipwell platform.
In app.shipwell.com (or your customized URL), select Load Board.
There are multiple ways to place a bid on a given load:
Click the "+" button, which appears while hovering over the row of the shipment.
Once clicked, the following box will pop up. Once the necessary bid information is entered, the user can click "Submit."
Select "+ Bid" or the Load ID to open up all Shipment Details. Information on the bid and shipment appears.
Click "Place a Bid"
Fill out the following information:
New Bid ($) - manually type the bid.
Mode - indicate which mode the bid is associated. Choose from the drop-down of options.
Equipment Type - indicate which equipment type the bid is associated with. Choose from the drop-down of options.
Select Submit.
The bid now sends to the requestor and appear in the Messages section
If a note needs to be made or additional information shared with the requestor, you can exchange messages in the message section.
If you want to retract a bid, select Retract Bid.
