Navigate to app.shipwell.com (or your custom URL).

Select Forgot Password.

Enter your email address and select Request Link.

An email will be sent with the subject “Reset your Shipwell Password.”

From the sent email, select Reset Password.

Complete the following form according to the new password requirements, and then select Save.

Once saved, the login page appears and you can log in with your new password.
