You can mass import product information from a CSV for use in shipments.
In app.shipwell.com (or your customized URL), select Manage > Products
In the top right corner of the product screen select Import.
The following Modal appears
Select Download CSV Template
Either enter the necessary product information directly into the CSV file. Or paste the column headers into a Google Sheet.
Fill out the necessary information for each individual Product
After entering all the information in the CSV template:
CSV File → Drag and Drop, or click “Browse” and enter that file into the modal
Google Sheet → paste the URL into the modal. Make sure the Google Sheet’s sharing is publicly available
Select Next. The mass import tool populates all the mapped fields into the product library.
Validate that your product information mapped properly. Missing required columns appear red.
After all column headers are verified, select Validate.
All products in the CSV now appears in your product library.
