Shipment request (LTL only)

*This is for vendor/customer routed LTL shipments, we will need your vendors/customers tariffs during implementation in the platform for this to work*

This is a feature flagg your Customer Success Manager will need to turn on for you.

  1. Already logged into the app.shipwell.com platform or your customized url at the top options column you will click on the “Manage” button to get the following drop down options and then click on “Shipment Requests”.

  1. Once in the “Shipment Request” screen at the top right click on “+ Request Shipment”.

  1. The below pop up will be shown, fill out the email address you want to send the request to, associated PO#, and any other sort of message. Once filled click on “Submit” to send a request.

  2. You can then manage your shipment requests through the same screen. Check the status of the request (Requested or Booked). When booked by the vendor/customer on the left you will see the actual Shipment ID and will be also shown in your Dashboard.
