Adding carrier rep/account rep

Already logged into app.shipwell.com (or your customized URL), click Manage > Carriers.

Select the carrier profile to add a Carrier Rep to.

Navigate to the “Carrier Owner” field and click the dropdown.

The names listed are users listed in Manage > Company > Users for the user’s company profile.

Select the name to to assign the Carrier Rep to the carrier’s profile.

Click “Save”.

Select the customer profile to add an Account Rep to.

Navigate to the “Account Rep” field and click the dropdown.

The names listed are users listed in Manage > Company > Users for the user’s company profile.

Select the name to to assign the Account Rep to the customer’s profile.

Click “Save”.
