Markup percentage for LTL carriers

To manage LTL mark up for individual carriers is done at the customer level. Customers should already be created.

Already logged into the app.shipwell.com platform or your customized url at the top options column you will click on the “Manage” button to get the following drop down options and then click on “Customer”.

Select and click on the customer profile you want to set LTL mark up for.

Once you are in the customer profile on the right hand side you will see a list of all LTL vendors.

Markup Type: Choose between percentage or flat fee

If selected “Percentage” there is a field for the %, and a Minimum box.

If selected “Flat Fee” there will only be a box for the flat fee chosen.

Disabled: Next to the carrier list there is a disabled section. When this customer profile is chosen to run rates you will be able to disable specific carriers to not populate in the Instant Rates view.

When completed at the bottom right of the screen click on “Save”.
