You can set up automated email updates for shipments on that shipment's details page.

Select the pencil icon next to the location name to manage the email notifications by location.

At the bottom of the opened location, enter the contact information for the party intended to receive automated shipment updates. The updates send to each email address.

You can schedule five different automated emails to send to contacts automatically.

  1. Booked

  2. Picked Up

  3. ETA Changed

  4. Delayed

  5. Cancellation

To customize these notifications, use the checkboxes next to each email option.

Each contact can have its own unique set of emails depending on preference.
