Removing A Carrier Off A Load In 'Carrier Confirmed' Status

As a shipper to remove a carrier off a booked load, you will need to search for the Shipment ID and go to the Shipments page.

  1. Within the Carrier & Equipment section you will have three dots to click on.

  2. When clicking on the three dots, you will have options to Edit or Remove Carrier.

  3. Click “Remove Carrier”.

  4. A confirmation will pop up confirming that you want to remove carrier, or cancel your selection.

  5. Select “Remove” and the carrier will be removed from the load.

  6. Upon removing the carrier will be notified they've been removed from the shipment.

    1. If the carrier was booked EDI, they will receive a EDI cancelation

    2. If the carrier was not booked EDI, they will receive a email explaining the shipment is no longer available.
