This article is to provide a general overview on the TMS Support portal and or desk.
Shipwell TMS has a support team and a dedicated portal for you, the customer, to enter platform bug related questions. For TMS customers, you are allowed up to two portal logins.
The support team operates off Shipwell's Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and we do our best to ensure they are met.
Please engage with your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to begin the steps of registering for the portal, or you can email CustomerSuccess@shipwell.com.
For support associated to a shipment managed by our brokerage division, Shipwell Logistics, please engage directly with your account representative, or email account-management@shipwell.com.
