Please begin by reaching out directly to your Customer Success Manager. They will need perform steps internally to enable Amazon Freight to show up in Shipwell's Integration Marketplace. This could take up to two business day. When this step is done, please proceed.
Log into the Shipwell TMS site
Ensure Amazon Freight is a established carrier in Shipwell using the correct USDOT Number. If the USDOT Number differs from what is outlined below the API connection will not function correctly in Shipwell.
Amazon Freight's USDOT Number is USDOT: 2881058
Click on "Manage" and then select "Carriers".
If Amazon is not set up as carrier for you, please complete the carrier set up process before moving forward. Once complete..
Click on "Manage" and then select "Company" page using the top menu navigation bar
On the Left side menu, click the Integrations menu option to navigate to the Integrations Page. Then select "Connect" within the Amazon Freight tile.
It will prompt you to log in, please click the Login With Amazon button
If you are not logged into your Amazon Freight account or have not created one yet, you will be asked to log in or create a login for Amazon Freight
After you are logged in or have created an account with Amazon Freight, you will be asked to Authorize Shipwell to act on your behalf
After you Authorize Shipwell to act on your behalf for creating orders in the Amazon Freight system, you will be redirected back to the Shipwell TMS app and a green checkmark will be displayed on the Amazon registration page where the login button was to indicate successfully completing the integration

The green checkmark will also appear on the Integrations page over the Amazon Freight card
Set up complete!
