Here at Shmoody, you can easily cancel your trial or subscription at any time! It can be done directly from the app, or through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
In-App (Recommended)
Tap here to manage your subscription if you have the Shmoody app on this device. Or, tap the menu in the top right corner of your Shmoody app, then tap "Settings", and scroll down to "Manage Subscription". Depending on the type of plan you have, your options to cancel your trial or subscription will be available.
Apple Device Settings
Learn how to cancel a subscription from Apple or a subscription that you purchased with an app from the App Store.
How to cancel a subscription on your iPhone or iPad.
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
*If you do not see your trial or subscription showing up in your iPhone settings, then you likely started your plan through our website. In this case, follow the "In-App" instructions at the top of this page.
How to cancel a subscription on Mac
Open the App Store app.
Click your name. If you can't find your name, click Sign In.
Click Account Settings.
Scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage.
Next to the subscription, click Edit.
Click Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel or Cancel Subscription button, the subscription is already canceled.

How to cancel a subscription on an Android phone
Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription, to have a proper cancellation you may go to Google Play Help.
On your computer, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
For the subscription you want to cancel, click Manage.
Click Cancel subscription.
Within the confirmation pop-up, select a reason.
Click Continue.
If you have a subscription with an app and it’s removed from Google Play, your future subscription will be canceled. Your past subscriptions can’t be refunded, with some exceptions as specified in this article or in Google Play’s refund policies.
