Help! Apple has Denied My Refund
Updated over 7 months ago

In the scenario where Apple has denied your refund request, don’t worry! Sometimes, refund requests get denied, and it can be for a bunch of reasons. Here are some helpful steps to guide you through the process:

  1. Wait 2 days: If Apple has denied your refund request, it is likely because the original transaction is still processing. Please wait at least 2 business days for the transaction to finalize.

2. Try a second time: After at least 2 business days have passed, try submitting your request a second time. In most cases, they will approve the request and the refund will show up in your bank within 1-3 business days.

3. If Apple denies your second request: This is rare, but in some instances Apple’s system will still deny a request for a refund. However, not to worry! Please send a message to our awesome support team and let them know that Apple denied your second refund request, and we will work with you to make sure you get one.

We know this is frustrating but don’t worry, we will work with you to sort this out!
