My Bank Transfer Did Not Come Through, What Do I Do?

If your payment did not come through, don’t worry! Here’s what you need to do.

If you accidentally entered the wrong reference number when making a payment, our payment provider will not accept it. Here’s how to resolve this issue:

  1. Check your bank account:

    • Verify if the payment has been returned to your bank account.

    • This process can take a few business days depending on your bank.

  2. Make the payment again, directly into our bank account instead of via the payment provider:

    • This will prevent any further issues, because we can identify the order Reference by multiple factors as order number or name used with ordering.

    • Ensure that you use the correct payment details:

      • Bank Account: NL73 INGB 0008 1525 26

      • Reference: Your Order Number

      • BIC/SWIFT: INGBNL2A

    • Double-check the reference number you enter to ensure it matches your order number exactly.

  • Reference Number: Always use your order number as the reference. This is how we identify your payment.
