COD Order Auto-Cancellation Issue and Resolution

This article will guide you through the process of verifying why some of your Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are getting cancelled automatically. By the end of this tutorial, you'll be able to identify if the cancellations are due to the enabled COD to Prepaid conversion from RTO Suite.

Step 1: Navigate to your Shopify Dashboard and select orders.

Step 2: Click on the filter.

Step 3: Select the filter option tagged with.

Step 4: Enter the tag "C2P Cancel" to search for orders.

These are all the orders that were originally placed as COD but were cancelled by Shopflo and replaced with a prepaid order.

Step 5: To verify this, copy the order details and go back to orders.

Step 6: Click on the email id of the order.

Step 7: Copy the email ID.

Step 8: Go back to the previous page.

Step 9: Remove the filter.

Step 10: Search for the order using the copied email ID.

You'll find one order tagged as "C2P cancel" and another tagged as "COD to prepaid" in the prepaid orders.
