Step 1: Check if the segment feature is enabled for your store. If it's not, contact our support team.

Step 2: Click on the Segment option.

Step 3: Create a new list. Name it, for example, "Discount."

Step 4: Upload a sheet. Choose a CSV file, ensuring the phone and the phone country code are in the correct format.

Step 5: Find the CSV file, upload it, and save it.

Step 6: Once the segments are created, navigate to the discount section. For instance, if you want to update discount number 25, proceed to the next step.

Step 7: Click on the Edit Discount option.

Step 8: Click on Customer Eligibility.

Step 9: Select the test segment.

Step 10: Click on Continue.

Step 11: Save your changes.

And that's it! You've successfully created a customer or segment-specific discount on Shopflo
